Who you'd be working with
I'm Luigi.
Nearly ten years ago I started my own fitness journey. I know what it's like to not have a clue what you're doing in a gym, and I know what it takes to get past it.
I compete in natural bodybuilding — first stage in 2024, and I coached myself to get there. That matters here for one reason: I don't guess. I write programmes, I follow them, and I've tested them on the most stubborn client I've got.
I'm interested in the psychology as much as the physiology — why people stick with things and why they don't. Most of coaching isn't exercise selection. It's understanding what's actually realistic for your week and building around that, instead of pretending you're someone else.
Sessions are at Anytime Fitness Tulse Hill. It's open 24 hours, so if 6am or 9pm is what your life allows, that's not a problem — it's just the plan.
